As of May 2023, Fondab AB has been incorporated into the Max Matthiessen Group. In order to streamline the Group's structure and organization, Fondab AB and Max Matthiessen Värdepapper AB have been merged. The merger was duly completed on 12 April 2024.
Following the merger, Fondab's company registration number (556697-5560) remains unchanged. However, the company's registered name has been changed to Max Matthiessen Värdepapper AB ("MMVP").
All products, services, authorizations, and licenses previously provided or issued by Fondab continue to remain valid and in full force. The only change concerns the legal counterparty, which, in contracts, account statements, and similar documents, will henceforth be Max Matthiessen Värdepapper AB ("MMVP").
Our cooperation with partners and end customers will continue unimpeded.
